Appetizer of the Month: Sfiha

(pronounced “s-fee-ha”)

This Levantine dish may ring familiar to those who remember our Turkish Pizza menu item. We sauteed a blend of ground lamb, pine nuts, pomegranate molasses and tahini, and laid it on top of freshly baked dough. Perfect the layers of taste by pairing this appetizer with our Massaya Classic wine!

This entree has a unique blend of roasted okra and spinach cooked with our favorite tangy mango sauce we call Umbaa.

This roasted vegetable blend all sits below marinated chicken breast that is topped with pickled tomatoes. This kick of flavor pairs perfectly with our Kasra blanc de blanc wine and this warm Spring weather.
